Simply click the Register to Be a Consignor button on our website and complete the online registration. Once registered, you'll receive your consignor number and can begin entering and tagging your items.

There is no minimum or maximum number of items. Whether you're consigning 20 items or 300, we'd love to have you participate. We encourage you to bring your best quality, seasonally appropriate items that shoppers will love.

Absolutely! Once you've created your consignor account, you can log in anytime before the tagging deadline to add more items. Many consignors continue adding items over several weeks.

Yes! Until the tagging deadline, you can log into your account and make changes to an item's description, price, Half-Price Day selection, or donation choice. If you've already printed the tag, you'll need to reprint the updated tag and replace the old tag on your item. This ensures the information on your tag matches the changes you've made in the system.

A tag is attached to every item you consign. It contains all the information needed to identify your item, process the sale, and ensure you receive credit when it sells. Each tag includes: your consignor number, item description, size, price, Half-Price Day selection, donation or Pick-Up selection, and a barcode for checkout.

Your consignor number identifies every item you sell. It allows our system to track your inventory and sales throughout the event. You can log into your account at the end of each sale day to see what has sold and watch your earnings grow.

Be as specific as possible. If a tag becomes separated from an item, a detailed description helps us quickly reunite it with the correct item and get it back on the sales floor. We recommend including: brand name (always first), color, and style or unique detail. Examples: Lululemon black sleeveless tank | Free People white short-sleeve crop top | Nike gray athletic shorts.

Yes. Adding the correct size helps shoppers find your item quickly and keeps our sales floor organized.

Tags print six per page on standard white cardstock. Each tag measures 4¼" x 2¼". Please do not resize the tags. Using the standard size helps keep the sale organized and ensures barcodes scan properly.

White cardstock is much more durable than regular printer paper. Since shoppers handle items throughout the sale, cardstock helps your tags stay attached, remain readable, and scan properly at checkout. You can purchase white cardstock at Walmart, Target, Staples, Amazon, or most office supply stores.

Clothing: A tagging gun is the fastest and easiest option, especially if you're consigning a large number of clothing items. Shoes, Purses & Bags: Use a cable tie after punching a hole in the tag. Toys: Use cable ties, clear packing tape, or painter's tape. Painter's tape is recommended because it removes easily without damaging the item. Books: Attach the tag using painter's tape.

No. The barcode must remain completely visible so it can be scanned at checkout. If the barcode is covered, your item cannot be scanned properly.

No. You can enter a few items, save your progress, and come back whenever it's convenient. Your information is saved as you work.

Yes! The tagging system works on computers, tablets, and most smartphones. Many consignors prefer using a computer when printing tags, but you can enter your inventory from whichever device is most convenient.

We accept items that are clean, current, and in excellent condition. All clothing should be freshly laundered, wrinkle-free, and free of stains, odors, excessive wear, or pet hair. Toys, baby equipment, and other items should be clean, complete, and in working order. Remember, if you wouldn't purchase the item yourself, our shoppers probably won't either.

Yes. If an item requires batteries, please install working batteries before drop-off. Shoppers are much more likely to purchase an item when they can see that it works properly.

Please make sure all pieces are included. Place loose pieces in a sealed plastic bag and securely attach the bag to the item with clear packing tape or painter's tape.

Shoes should be clean and in excellent condition. Please remove any dirt from the soles, wipe them clean, and make sure they are ready to be displayed and sold. Taking a few extra minutes to clean your shoes can make a big difference in helping them sell.

For the safety of our shoppers, we cannot accept items that are: stained, torn, or excessively worn; broken or missing essential parts; dirty or heavily wrinkled; recalled by the manufacturer; out of season; missing working batteries (if required); unsafe or damaged; or kitchen items or small appliances, unless they are brand new in the original box. Please review our Accepted Items page for a complete list of items we can and cannot accept.

You do! As the consignor, you choose the price for every item you sell.

The final day of our sale is Half-Price Day. When entering each item, you'll decide whether it will be discounted if it hasn't already sold. YES, Your item will be discounted 50% on the final day. NO, Your item will remain at full price throughout the sale. You can choose this option individually for every item.

When tagging each item, you'll choose one of two options: Pick Up: Retrieve your unsold items during the scheduled pick-up time. Donate: Your unsold items will be donated to one of our local charity partners. Please note: Any items not picked up during the designated pick-up window become the property of Tag, You're It.

Yes! One of the best parts of consigning is watching your items sell. Simply log into your consignor account after each sale day to see your sales and current earnings.

No. Volunteering is completely optional. However, volunteers receive a higher commission rate, making it a great way to earn even more from your sale.

Yes! As a thank you for participating, consignors receive exclusive access to shop during our VIP Pre-Sale before we open to the public. It's one of the many perks of being a consignor!

Drop-off takes place at our sale location during the scheduled drop-off days and times. Detailed directions and drop-off instructions are available in the Drop-Off Guide.

Yes! Our volunteers are available throughout the entire process. We'll help direct you, answer questions, and make sure your drop-off experience is smooth and stress-free.

Yes! If you're unable to attend drop-off, a friend or family member may bring your items as long as everything has been tagged and prepared according to our guidelines.

No. Every item must be entered into your consignor account, tagged, and prepared before drop-off. Unfortunately, we cannot accept untagged items at check-in. If you find additional items you'd like to consign, simply enter them into the system and print their tags before the tagging deadline.

Pick-up takes place after the sale during the designated pick-up window. Specific dates and times are posted before each sale and emailed to all consignors.

Any items not picked up during the scheduled pick-up window become the property of Tag, You're It. Whenever possible, we encourage consignors to donate unsold items to one of our local charity partners.

Consignor payments are processed after the sale has ended and all sales have been finalized. Your consignor check will be emailed directly to you within 10 days of the sale ending.

Consignor checks are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued. If a replacement check is needed after that time, a $25 reissue fee will apply.
