Step 1
Register
It's free and only takes a few minutes.
Getting started is easy! Creating your consignor account is FREE and only takes a few minutes. You'll receive your unique consignor number and create your own password. From there, you'll have access to our easy-to-use online tagging system, where you can enter your items, set your own prices, print your tags, and track your sales throughout the event.
• A $15 administrative fee will be deducted from your consignor earnings after the sale. No payment is required when you register.
• Your consignor account is your personal dashboard where you can enter and tag your items, print your tags, and track your sales throughout the event.
Step 2
Gather
Your Items
Now it's time for the fun part! Take a fresh look around your home. Check your closets, dressers, toy rooms, storage bins, and garage, you'll be surprised how many high-quality items your family has outgrown, never used, or simply no longer needs.

To give your items the best chance of selling, please make sure they are clean, complete, seasonally appropriate, and in excellent condition.
Step 3
Prepare, Price & Tag
Log in to your consignor account using your consignor number and password. From there, you'll enter your items into our easy-to-use online tagging system, set your own prices, print your tags, and securely attach them to each item.
Tags print six per page on standard white cardstock and measure 4¼" x 2¼". Please do not resize the tags, using the standard size keeps the sale organized and ensures barcodes scan properly at checkout.
New to consigning? Don't worry! Most first-time consignors are surprised by how easy the process is. Follow our tagging guide, and you'll be ready for drop-off in no time.
Step 4
Drop Off Your Items
You're almost there! Once your items are tagged, your clothing is on hangers, and everything is ready to go, simply schedule a drop-off appointment and bring your items to the sale during your selected time.
Our friendly team will be there to welcome you, answer any questions, and make the check-in process quick, easy, and stress-free.
Most drop-offs are completed in 30–60 minutes, depending on the number of items you're consigning. Whether you're bringing 25 items or 250, our team is here to make the process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable.
Step 5
Volunteer & Earn More

Volunteer one 4-hour shift and boost your earnings on every item sold.
As a volunteer, you'll help keep the sale running smoothly by assisting with tasks such as:
• Greeting shoppers as they arrive
• Organizing and restocking the sales floor
• Helping at the checkout area
• Answering questions and assisting shoppers
It's a fun way to meet other consignors, be part of the excitement, and maximize your earnings.
Step 6
Pick Up Your Unsold Items
After the sale ends, any items that don't sell will be handled according to the preference you selected when entering your items into the tagging system. You'll have two options:
Option 1 | Donate
If you'd rather not pick up your unsold items, simply mark them for donation. We'll take care of the rest, and your donated items will be given to one of our local charity partners. Each sale we partner with a different local charity.
Option 2 | Pick Up
If you choose to pick up your unsold items, simply schedule a pick-up appointment and stop by during your selected time.
The best part? Your items are already tagged! Store them until our next sale, and when you're ready to consign again, items can be brought back without having to retag them, saving you time and making the next sale even easier.
Step 7
Get Paid
Within 10 Days
of the sale ending
Congratulations, you did it! Once the sale is over, we'll email you your electronic payment. It's a simple, secure, and convenient way to receive your earnings.
Consignor checks are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued. If a replacement check is needed after that time, a $25 reissue fee will apply.
