✅ Item Preparation Guidelines
All items must be clean, freshly washed, and free of rips, tears, stains, or excessive wear.
Items with smoke odor, strong odors, or covered in pet hair will NOT be accepted.
Ensure all buttons, snaps, and zippers are secure and in working order.
Tagging guns may be used instead of safety pins, but please attach tags only through manufacturer’s labels or inside seams to prevent holes or damage.
✅ Clothing Presentation Guidelines
Iron or steam all items to remove wrinkles or fold creases.
Remove all pet hair before drop-off. Items with hair will be returned to you.
Hang clothing with hangers facing left, like a question mark (?).
For sets, secure both hangers together with a rubber band.
Use notch hangers for strappy items (tanks & dresses). Do not use pins. Remember: shoppers will be trying items on!
Hang bottoms by the waistband on pant hangers. Do not use safety pins to hang, as shoppers will be trying them on.
✅ Accessories & Shoes Guidelines
Shoes will be displayed without boxes, unless they are designer shoes. Shoe boxes take up too much space, so please do not bring them.
Belts, scarves, and hats do not require hangers. They will be displayed on tables or hooks provided.
Jewelry sets should be matched/attached together in Ziploc baggies.
Earrings should be secured to card stock and taped on the back, or placed in baggies for extra protection.
